Our Formula

Crafted by two experts, touched by no one else.
Inspired by the heritage flavors lovingly passed down through generations, we take the time and care to recreate those authentic tastes as closely as possible—so every mouthful carries the heart and soul of those who paved the way for us.
We use premium Candia Professional butter, and absolutely no lard, shortening, or oil—just pure butter for that rich, fragrant, and flaky texture. For the pastry, we go beyond ordinary flour, using Japanese flour to achieve the perfect delicate structure and mouthfeel.
Each mooncake is handmade in small batches, ensuring freshness, consistency, and artisanal care in every piece.
Our fillings are crafted from scratch with our inhouse blend recipes using only premium ingredients, with no stabilizers, gelatin, or artificial additives—just creamy, flavorful blends designed to perfectly complement our buttery pastry.

Candia Incorporated Butter — a high-quality butter made by blending fresh cream and milk fat for a smooth, consistent texture. With 80% incorporated premium butter, it gives our Swiss rolls a rich, creamy, and authentic buttery flavor that melts in your mouth.
Candia Gourmet Whipping Cream — with 40% fat content, higher than the usual 35% found in the market, this luxurious cream offers exceptional smoothness, stability, and a richer flavor. It lends our fillings a velvety texture that perfectly complements the delicate sponge.
Nissin Violet Japanese Flour — a finely milled, high-quality flour that creates the softest, lightest sponge, giving our rolls their signature fluffy and tender texture.

We know you're excited, but if you want to keep that flaky mooncakes at its freshest, here’s how to treat it right:
- 🌙 Keep all mooncakes chilled! Whether sweet or savory, refrigeration preserves the flaky pastry and rich fillings.
- ⏳ Enjoy within 2–3 days for the best flavor and freshness.
- 🥡 After opening — store in an airtight container to maintain texture and aroma.
- ❌ Do not freeze — freezing can damage the delicate layers and fillings.
- 💡 Serving tip: Enjoy it warm! For the best experience, we recommend reheating your mooncakes to bring out the buttery, flaky layers and rich fillings.
🔥 Air Fryer: 160°C / 3–5 min
🔥 Oven: 150°C / 8–10 min
💡 Tip: Reheat straight from the fridge, and let it rest 1–2 minutes before serving. Avoid microwaving to keep the pastry crisp.
