Our sponge base expert, Chef Chu, lovingly created this recipe from scratch to bring you a truly unique experience. Each roll is carefully made one by one, with no mass production — because only he understands how to bring out the best in every bite. This recipe is made using only the finest, premium ingredients.
Inspired by the heritage flavors that have been lovingly passed down through generations,
we take the time and care to recreate those authentic tastes as closely as possible —
so every bite carries the heart and soul of those who paved the way for us.
And so, our butter chiffon Swiss roll was born — made using only real butter with 82% incorporation premium butter, a new taste, and no stabilizers like cream of tartar or artificial additives. Every detail is crafted with pure love and honesty.
Our fillings and decoration expert, Chef Vee, poured her heart into developing the cream and fillings from scratch, carefully crafting a special blend of Diplomat Cream — which contains 82% incorporated premium butter, a new taste— and 40% fat whipping cream. Knowing that Diplomat Cream is delicate and challenging to work with, Chef Vee perfected the recipe to make it perfectly suited for Swiss rolls. These creams deliver the rich, creamy flavor and silky texture that make our Swiss rolls truly special.
Her recipes contain no stabilizers, gelatin, or artificial products — only genuine care and passion.

Candia Gourmet Whipping Cream — with 40% fat content, higher than the usual 35% found in the market, this luxurious cream offers exceptional smoothness, stability, and a richer flavor. It lends our fillings a velvety texture that perfectly complements the delicate sponge.
Nissin Violet Japanese Flour — a finely milled, high-quality flour that creates the softest, lightest sponge, giving our rolls their signature fluffy and tender texture.

Consume within 1 day of receiving for peak yumminess.
No freezing — it’s too cool to be frozen!
After slicing, seal it back in its original packaging or pop it into an airtight container to keep it moist and happy.
Because we use delicate Diplomat Cream and 100% real 40% fat whipping cream, it’s important to keep your roll chilled at all times. Avoid leaving it at room temperature for too long.
